Use a Stable Internet Connection

Our platform fetches document data from government servers in real time. A 4G/broadband connection with at least 5 Mbps speed ensures the fastest data retrieval and no timeout errors during peak hours.

Keep Your Wallet Pre-Topped

Running out of balance mid-service is inconvenient. We recommend maintaining a minimum ₹100 buffer in your wallet, especially before peak hours or festival seasons when document demand is high.

Use the Right Paper & Printer

For card-size prints, use 250–300 gsm card stock for professional quality. Laser printers give the sharpest output for Aadhaar and Voter ID. For PVC, use a dedicated PVC card printer with our optimised templates.

Wallet balance is deducted only when a print is successfully completed. If a print fails due to a server error or API timeout, your balance is not deducted and the transaction is automatically reversed within seconds.
Yes. All document data is fetched directly from official government APIs — UIDAI for Aadhaar, NVSP for Voter ID, Parivahan for DL and RC, and NSDL/UTI for PAN. We do not store or modify any citizen data.
Yes, Titan Print is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. For best printing results, however, we recommend connecting to a printer from a desktop or laptop.
If a fetch fails, no wallet balance is deducted. Common reasons include: incorrect ID number, government server downtime, or unstable internet. Try again after a few minutes or contact our support team via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
Failed transactions are reversed automatically within 1–5 minutes. For wallet recharge refunds (in case of payment gateway failure), contact our support team within 24 hours with your transaction ID and we will process the refund within 2–3 business days.
