Can I find PAN using only Aadhaar number?
Yes, if the customer's PAN and Aadhaar are linked (mandatory since 2023), you can search for their PAN using the 12-digit Aadhaar number. The system will display the associated PAN details after successful validation.
Am I charged if the PAN is not found?
No. Charges are only deducted from your wallet when a successful PAN record is found and returned. Failed searches (no match found) are not charged to ensure fairness for operators.
Is the PAN found through this portal the original/official number?
Yes. Our portal queries the Income Tax Department's official database. The PAN number and associated details returned are the official government records — the same data the IT Department and banks use for verification.
What details are shown in the PAN card print?
The print includes: PAN number, cardholder's name, father's name, date of birth, the IT Department logo, QR code, and the official PAN card design — matching the format of the original NSDL-issued PAN card.
